Wade worked on the family dairy farm and proudly served in the U.S. Army Infantry.

1980s-1990s

Education & Early Career

After earning his J.D. cum laude from SUNY Buffalo Law School (1989), Wade was admitted to the Florida Bar. He began at a large commercial firm handling Resolution Trust Corporation work, products liability, and directors and officers liability. In 1991, he founded Coye Law Firm.

2000s

Multi-State Practice Expansion

Wade expanded his practice beyond Florida, gaining admission to the District of Columbia Bar (2008) and pursuing admission in New York. He continued focusing on personal injury (60%), workers' compensation (30%), and disability law (10%), with 100% of practice devoted to litigation.

2010s

Technology Innovation & Growth

An early adapter of technology who appeared on one of the first national lists of lawyers using the Internet, Wade developed custom databases and digital systems to better serve clients. Wade Coye successfully handled appeals to District Courts, Florida Supreme Court, and obtained million-dollar recoveries.

2020s
